Was raced 5 starts prior to being retired; was sitting for 9 months prior to my purchase of her.  Was re-started under-saddle (arena work - w/t/c, flying changes, etc) during her race career as a 3yo and has since been re-started for dressage/hunter purposes.  Very powerful-bodied mare with very fluid movement that would excel in any hunter or dressage ring.  Very well bred for either sporthorse or racehorse foals.  Currently w/t/c under-saddle with leg yields, sidepass, etc.  Very athletic, balanced, and talented.  Extremely sensitive, smart, and responsive.  Nothing bothers this mare - very easy-going!!  I would love to keep this mare but unfortunately cannot, particularly since I did purchase her with the intention to sell.  Will continue training until sold and will be shown, hacked out on trails, and started over small fences prior to sale.  Would definitely suit a youth/child/amateur rider with her kind, easy-going, willing nature.  Not marish at all.

 

I currently have her half-brother who has the exact same mind as her, though she is much calmer than he is.  He is extremely athletic, with an exceptionally intelligent and willing mind - this mare is no different!!

Fantastic hunter/dressage movement (lovely suspension), bombproof nature, and tons of scope (easily clears 4' oxers).  Loves to jump and would be very suitable for a youth or child in Pony Club or competing H/J.  Has been shown once or twice in the past and handled it smoothly; settles into any situation easily and quietly.  Has done lots of jumping in the past as well as trail riding in the mountains.  Very calm and very bold to the fences (not hot).  Does w/t/c, leg yields, leg aids, leads, etc.  Has been ridden and jumped consistently by a young rider the past 3+ months.

"Sonny" is a 2004 chestnut 16.3hh TB originally off the track (fall 2007).  He knows all his basics and is very relaxed yet medium-energy.  He is also fantastic on the trails and has been ridden extensively in Kananaskis country.  Due to his track/race exposure, he would also be great at shows.  Sonny is sound and has wondeful movement as a hunter/dressage prospect.

 

 

 

 

"Silver" is a 15.2hh 1995 grey Quarab "been-there-done-that" gelding offered for lease.  Would suit an intermediate/advanced rider or a novice in lessons.  Would prefer flatwork/dressage/WP/reining/trail riding/cattle work though could possibly be used to jump - former extensive jumping and Pony Club experience (has scope for up to 3'6-4' but needs his confidence to be built up over the jumps).  Extensive experience as a pony horse on the Thoroughbred track, in parades (Calgary Stampede parade), in the mountains, at shows/clinics, and jumping.  Very athletic, somewhat high-energy.  Very sensitive and responsive.  Does w/t/c, leg aids, leg yields, flying changes, etc.
